Dade County Court Record
| Judge Emas, 52, has served on the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Court since 2001 and on the Miami-Dade County Court from 1996 to 2001. Previously, he practiced with Thornton, Rotham and Emas from 1989 to 1996 and with Fine, Jacobson, Schwartz, Nash, Block and England from 1983 to 1989. He was an attorney in the Office of the Public Defender for the Eleventh Circuit from 1982 to 1983. Judge Emas earned a bachelors degree from the University of Florida and a law degree from the University of Miami. |
